MVHR & Ventilation systems

We use only genuine parts, direct from the Manufacturer for our repairs, including (but not limited to) fan assemblies, sensors and circuit boards.

Most Manufacturers recommend your MVHR is serviced on an annual basis, and this can not only save money in the long run, but ensures that the airflows in your property are both correct and that the air is clean. 

Not servicing your MVHR unit can not only lead to faults, but could allow unchecked mould build up within the unit, which can then be circulated throughout your property.

As part of this service, we clean vents in all rooms and the internal parts of the MVHR with a probiotic cleaner. The condensate drain is checked for blockages, and the motors are checked to ensure they are running smoothly. The airflows to all rooms are correctly balanced in line with Part F of the Building Regulations. 

New filters are also supplied as part of the service.
A service record will be issued once the service has been completed, showing the recorded airflows to each room and detailing any faults or recommendations.
